Aproximately 45 minutes from Marrakech you will find the stoned Agafay Desert. The place is literally untouched and without any kind of development it appears so peaceful and quiet.  We therefore decided to start our Morroco trip exactly here, more precisely in the amazing Scarabeo Camp. Visiting the Agafay Desert is a great option if you want to get a taste of the desert without spending many days travelling to the Southern Morocco where the country borders to Western Sahara. Another reason to visit Agafay is the great variety of beautiful nature you can find there, I will of course show you all the cool places in the next posts

The best option to have fun adventures in the desert, an effective internet detox (it was so nice with some days without internet) and take amazing pictures is the Scarabeo Camp. During the planning of our trip to Morocco (Oh btw, for this trip I took all the planning responsibilities, and I am proud and excited to show you all the stops on the way) I didn’t think twice when I saw the amazing tents and beautiful view at Scarabeo – we simply needed to go there. By choosing the transportation offered by Scarabeo Camp we got picked up at our riad, so it was easy and simple to get to this perfect place. But okay, now I will leave this post as a teaser and let you be curious just a little bit longer before I share all the details about our trip to Scarabeo Camp in Agafay Desert.
