Where to Eat: The PARIS Edition

 AD, Food, Gastronomy,

If there’s a place where you can find incredible restaurants, it’s Paris. The City of Light offers so many amazing options that you may find yourself not knowing where to go! As you know, we love exploring new restaurants, and during our last trip to Paris for Fashion Week, we had the chance to visit some truly wonderful spots. Naturally, I’m excited to share my recommendations with you!

Le 39V

Le 39V is an upscale, contemporary French restaurant near the Champs-Élysées, located on the top floor of a Haussmannian building. It offers a refined dining experience with breathtaking views of the Paris skyline. Under the guidance of chef Frédéric Vardon, the restaurant is known for its inventive approach to classic French cuisine, using seasonal, high-quality ingredients. The sleek, elegant decor perfectly complements the sophisticated menu, creating a chic yet relaxed atmosphere. Le 39V is a popular choice for business lunches, romantic dinners, or anyone seeking an elevated Parisian dining experience. We had a fantastic lunch here, enjoying delicious dishes in a flawless setting.

Favorite dishes: Try the Porcini Mushroom Tart and the Organic Prawns from Loire Atlantique—absolutely exquisite! Also, the Purebreed Beef Fillet is phenomenal!

Summer by La Bauhinia

Summer by La Bauhinia is a seasonal dining experience at the luxurious Shangri-La Hotel in Paris. The menu combines light, Mediterranean-inspired dishes with an Asian twist, reflecting the cosmopolitan essence of La Bauhinia’s signature cuisine. Guests can enjoy fresh, flavorful meals in a relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by Parisian charm. It’s the ideal spot for a delightful dinner, where elegance and delicious dishes come together.

Favorite dish: The Tuna steak is simply divine!

Montecito

Montecito is a lively Californian-inspired restaurant located within the Kimpton St Honoré hotel in the heart of Paris. Known for its laid-back yet stylish vibe, the restaurant blends West Coast energy with Parisian sophistication. The menu, curated by chef Juan Arbelaez, focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients and offers a mix of healthy, flavorful dishes that celebrate California’s diverse culinary influences. From vibrant salads and seafood to wood-fired pizzas and creative cocktails, Montecito has it all. Its airy design, lush greenery, and vibrant ambiance create the perfect relaxed yet trendy dining experience. Montecito has become our go-to spot during Paris Fashion Week—it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day full of appointments.

Favorite dishes: We’re obsessed with the Beef Tataki to start and the Beef Asada as a main course—we can’t resist ordering them every time!
